Quality Assurance Document Control Intern

Beschreibung:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Document Control Intern to provide critical administrative and hands-on support during the peak construction and commissioning phase of a new state-of-the-art Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Sterile CRDMO manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

This is a short-term, high-impact role focused on ensuring the following:
* Establish the document control area organization and document cataloging
* Ensure all document packages are intact by page count and attachments
* Create indices to help organize document packages
* Locate and include missing documentation
* Perform preliminary review for incomplete entries and pages
* Perform document package review for simple GDP errors, flagging them for correction
* Ensure all documentation packages are delivered to the document control room
* Ensure all documentation packages are cataloged
* Ensure documentation packages are checked in and checked out of the document control area
* Create document binder packages by labeling the spine and cover

Qualifications

* College students advancing toward a bachelors of science in STEM field

Preferred Skills

* Customer service experience, internal or external customers
* Familiarity to industrial, factory, construction, or manufacturing environments
