How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

* Dive deep into month-end closings to analyze and assess the performance of our global regions.
* Perform detailed variance analysis on project performance, workload, and headcount to tell the story behind the numbers.
* Collaborate on the preparation of Monthly Flash Comments and Operation Review documents for senior leadership.
* Contribute to the Financial Planning and Budget process (Targets & Forecasts), focusing on project efficiency.
* Support the automation of reporting to the Head Office using the IRIS consolidation tool.
* Help design and implement the next generation of financial reporting tools using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Are you a match?

* Currently pursuing or completed studies in Economics or Finance with a keen interest in Controlling and IT systems.
* Previous internship or initial experience in controlling within an international or industrial setting is a plus.
* A curious mind with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage diverse tasks.
* Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills for interacting with global colleagues.
* Tech-savvy: Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, or programming (e.g., JavaScript) is highly valued.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or other languages are an advantage.
