Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. Are you ready to help shape the future of a world leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry and Health? Air Liquide is looking for a dynamic, curious, and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in France from July to December.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of local operations and global strategy. While this role is hosted in Air Liquide France Industry, you will be reporting directly to the Center of Excellence (CoE) Talent Acquisition. This structure allows you to gain local industrial insight while being steered by our global recruitment standards and best practices.
In this role, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You'll be at the heart of our growth, helping us find the people who will tackle the energy transition and healthcare challenges of tomorrow.
* Sourcing & Selection: You'll identify and engage with top talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) and conduct initial screenings.
* Candidate Experience: You will be the first point of contact for many candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging journey from application to offer.
* Employer Branding: Assist in campus management and school relations to boost our visibility among students and recent graduates.
* CoE Collaboration: You will participate in CoE projects, helping to implement harmonized recruitment processes and innovative talent strategies across the region.
* Growth Path: You'll be mentored by CoE experts, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a complex, multicultural industrial environment.
* Sourcing: Identifying and approaching candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobteaser, school platforms).
* Selection: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings for interns, apprentices, Employee and Worker roles
* Campus Management: Representing Air Liquide at career fairs and organizing on-campus recruitment events with top French engineering and business schools.
* Candidate Experience: Managing the recruitment process in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday, and ensuring timely feedback to candidates.
* Employer Branding: Contributing to HR communication projects, such as creating content for LinkedIn or internal newsletters.

We are looking for a proactive Intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to ask "why."
* Education: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
* Skills: You have a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills. You know your way around LinkedIn and are eager to learn new ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) tools.
* Languages: Fluency in French and a solid professional level of English are required for collaboration with the CoE.
* Mindset: You are empathetic, communicative, and possess a "can-do" attitude. You enjoy meeting new people and discovering different career paths, and have strong communication skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders like HRBPs, Hiring Managers, and candidates on all levels from various backgrounds.
