We are seeking for bright university students to join our Internship Program. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific apprenticeship project. This opportunity specifically open for Marketing Function!

This role supports the growth of our business by building engaging content ecosystems and exploring new digital revenue opportunities. You will gain hands-on experience in content strategy, audience engagement, sponsorship support, and digital business development across our flagship event brands.

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
* Develop and test creative content for events and digital platforms
* Produce short-form content (videos, social media assets)
* Analyze content performance and audience engagement
* Explore digital monetization opportunities and content strategies
* Support partnerships and campaign storytelling initiatives

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from in Communications, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.
* Strong visual design sensibility and proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent).
* Demonstrated ability to produce short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts).
* Solid understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics.
* Strong analytical and research skills; comfortable working with data to form insights.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
Preferred:
* Familiarity with the live events, music, or entertainment industry.
* Basic understanding of digital monetization models (ad revenue, subscriptions, licensing).
* Portfolio of content work (personal projects, freelance, or university work).

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
* Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
* Duration: 6 months
