Italy IT Application Operations Internship | 6 months | Milan

For our Italian office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Applications Maintenance team. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

You'll be in charge of:
* Supporting the governance, monitoring, and continuous evolution of the Local Applications Landscape
* Contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of Target Operating Models
* Collaborating with local suppliers and system integrators
* Acting as a key point of contact for the Global IT team
* Interfacing with local business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support
* Serving as a focal point for issue escalation and resolution

You are the right person if you:
* Have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Have a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complexity
* Are able to manage multiple tasks and set clear priorities
* Have a proactive and curious attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
