The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Technical Documentation Intern to join our team in Milan and support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for software products.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in structured technical documentation, working in an international environment and learning best practices from experienced technical writers and technical teams.

What You'll Do:

As a Technical Documentation Intern, you will:

* Support the creation and maintenance of structured technical documentation in English

* Assist in reviewing, formatting, and updating user manuals, installation guides, and technical procedures

* Collaborate with engineers and internal stakeholders to gather technical information

* Support the documentation of system requirements with clarity and accuracy

* Use Microsoft Office and documentation tools to manage and organize content

* Follow documentation standards, quality processes, and internal guidelines

What You'll Bring:

* Student or recent graduate in a technical or scientific field (Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar)

* Strong interest in technical documentation and technical communication

* Good writing skills with strong attention to detail

* Good written knowledge of English

* Native or fluent proficiency in Italian (spoken and written)

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word

* Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work in an organized manner

Additional Information:

* Previous experience as a translator, interpreter, or linguist is not required

* A background in medical writing or biotechnology is not required

* The role is focused on developing skills in technical documentation for hardware/software products
