Program Purpose
The First at Fendi Internship Program is designed to offer students and recent graduates a meaningful and immersive experience within the Maison, combining exposure to real business activities with the opportunity to contribute to a dedicated project of strategic relevance.
Within this framework, the Retail Operations Europe Intern will join the Retail Operations team based in Rome and support the coordination of operational activities across the European retail network. The internship aims to provide a dynamic learning journey, enabling the intern to develop professional skills, gain hands-on experience, and deepen their understanding of Fendi's business, values, and standards of excellence.
The intern will be involved in daily operational activities while also contributing to a dedicated project aligned with the priorities of the Retail Operations team.
Duration & Location
6 months, starting from September 2026
Based in Rome HO Offices
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Strong interest in luxury retail and operational excellence. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English and Italian; any additional language is a plus
