Elite - Events Internship

ELITE, launched in 2012 by Borsa Italiana and now part of Euronext Group, is the European network of private SMEs which accelerates the process to access private and public capital markets ELITE provides an internship opportunity within the Marketing&Product Management Teams.

Workplace: Milan, Piazza degli Affari 6

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will support the teams in the following activities:
* Events management support (i.e. logistics; suppliers; contracts; speakers; guests; follow ups)
* Events calendar update
* Support to the database management and CRM
* Support to the content curation of the ELITE website and platform

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Degree in Communications, Marketing or Events Management
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Dynamics 365 would be a plus
* Ability to multi-task while meeting multiple deadlines
* Excellent organizational skills
* Team working attitude
* Strong interest in the financial services industry would be a plus
* Effective Italian and English verbal & written communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as a plus
