Your Tasks
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join Beiersdorf Italy's Marketing Services Department in Milan.
The intern will support the team responsible for our skincare brands - NIVEA, NIVEA MEN, Labello and Eucerin - in the following activities:
* Support the management of digital channels (Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic): track key performance indicators (KPIs), review campaign settings across platforms, and summarize final results
* Collaborate with the Category Marketing Team to review digital campaign assets, tracking URLs, and asset taxonomy
* Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying potential issues and suggesting optimization strategies
* Assist in the development and review of social media PEDs for the company's main social media platforms
* Conduct website analysis to identify results, areas for improvement and potential issues
Your Profile
* BA/MA degree in Economics, Communication, Marketing, Digital Media
* Previous experience in the digital field would be a plus (preferably from a consultancy, a large companies or a media agency)
* Previous experience in the cosmetics industry would be a plus
* Strong analytical skills, with a particular focus on data analysis and knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Sheets etc.
* Interpersonal skills: proactivity with a positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
* Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Marketing Services is a plus
* Languages: fluency in both Italian and English
