Your role

Are you interested to learn about technology and how it applies to finance? Do you enjoy fleshing out ideas and helping build new solutions? You can help assist us

* Develop and improve software products to meet our users' needs
* Build fully automated tests to assure the quality of our deliveries
* Increase automation level and efficiency of our software development and operational workflow
* Collaborate with other local and global IT teams

Your team

You'll be an integral part of a pod aligned to Asset Management in Japan. We are here to help the business grow, developing products for the location that dovetail with the global application and data architecture. You'll build your communication, analytical, and technical expertise while working with an energetic team in an enterprise environment.

Your expertise

You need to be graduating from university in Japan or outside of Japan by June 2027, and must hold a student status during the Internship Program. In addition, you have

* Educational background in science, computer science, engineering, finance or other relevant field
* Some programming experience and an awareness of core software development concepts and technologies
* A desire to work directly with users to generate ideas and interpret requirements
* Plenty of curiosity about the financial industry and products, and how it all works
* Proficiency in Japanese language is preferred but is not mandatory

* Come up with ideas
