Position Description:

CGI is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Project Management Intern to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects for our clients. The intern will work closely with delivery teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts to help ensure project success while meeting established timelines, budgets, and objectives.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation, development, or system improvement projects.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, risk registers, and action plans.
- Support the coordination of activities among multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing and facilitating governance meetings, project committees, and workshops.
- Produce progress reports and performance indicators for clients and management.
- Contribute to the identification, documentation, and tracking of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support change management and stakeholder communication activities.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project management methods, tools, and processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Information Technology, - Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management and IT or consulting environments.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid, or traditional).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Participation in academic, extracurricular, or personal projects involving coordination or project management.
- Knowledge of IT, digital, or cloud environments.
- Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools.
- English is considered an asset.
