What You Will Do

* Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, automations).
* Support API integrations and data manipulation.
* Participate in real projects with agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
* Test, debug, and evolve solutions to ensure high quality.
* Support the use of AI (Agentforce) to boost productivity.
* Work closely with PMs, UX designers, and Architects on end-to-end deliveries.

Who We Are Looking For

* Graduates or current students in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
* A strong interest in programming, technology, and AI.
* Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
* A curious, adaptable mindset with a desire to learn quickly.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* Interest in building a long-term career with Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

* Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
* Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
* Prior experience with development or academic projects.
