Purpose of the Job

As a Corporate Sustainability Intern, you will work closely with the Head of Corporate Sustainability and play an active role in the continued implementation of the bank's corporate sustainability strategy.
Operating in a fast-evolving regulatory environment (including the Omnibus package, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the EU Taxonomy), you will contribute directly to key sustainability initiatives and to the bank's annual sustainability reporting process in line with CSRD requirements.
Given the cross-cutting nature of sustainability and the way our strategy is designed, this role offers broad exposure and collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders across the Group - making it a highly engaging and hands-on learning experience.
Key Accountabilities
* Contribute to the drafting and enhancement of key sustainability policies and frameworks, such as:
* Climate change policy
* Human rights policy
* Sustainability due diligence framework
* Transition pathways framework
* Support the continuous improvement of sustainability reporting processes in line with CSRD requirements, including:
* Gap analyses against upcoming ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards)
* Supporting the integration of AI capabilities into sustainability reporting processes where relevant
* Depending on the internship start date, actively support the launch and project management of the 2026 sustainability reporting cycle.
Knowledge and Experience
* Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field
* Studies or coursework related to sustainability and sustainable finance are considered a strong asset
* Solid understanding of EU sustainability regulations, including CSRD and ESRS
* Comfortable exploring and working with new technologies in a professional environment
