Job Summary
Gain hands-on exposure to governance, process improvement, procurement, outsourcing and third-party risk management while supporting initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness across Central Services. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process reviews, documentation enhancement, governance frameworks and digitalization initiatives that support business operations

Key Responsibilities
* Review and organize departmental documentation, templates, records, and repositories.
* Assist in improving and standardizing assessment templates, checklists, SOPs, and governance documents.
* Support process mapping, workflow reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
* Assist in documenting and maintaining operational procedures and process guides.
* Support governance-related initiatives across Procurement, Outsourcing, Third Party Risk Management and Facilities Management.
* Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting, digitalization, and automation.
* Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Key Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
* Strong command of English, with good reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint or process mapping tools is an added advantage.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
* Eager to learn, attentive to details and able to work independently
