Internship (Global Procurement): Biotechnology

You will be part of the Global Cycles and Procurement Ingredients team, supporting the Global Buyer in day-to-day business activities within the Biotech Ingredients category.

This opportunity allows you to join one of Danone's essential resources that drives taste, texture, and product superiority. You will collaborate in a multicultural environment and play a key role in implementing sourcing strategies.

You will be fully involved and entrusted with real responsibilities across business processes, including supplier performance evaluation, tracking the implementation of corporate contracts, and contributing to productivity and optimisation projects.

Your Main Tasks

* Work on 2 or 3 projects from the Innovation, Productivity and Sourcing Resilience programme.
* Support the business in achieving cost savings through leading productivity projects.
* Track and communicate the results to stakeholders (Global & Regional Procurement, Operations, Quality, R&D, and Senior Management).
* Support the Category Buyer with spend data gathering and analysis for financial budgeting.

Key requirements:
* Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
* Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
* For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
* Available to start in February/March 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Able to work from our Hoofddorp office
