About the job

As a Digital Manufacturing Intern,

You will be part of the T&T (Traceability & Transparency) team, who is leading the pillar I (Traceability Fundamentals) of the Digital Transformation program. This pillar consists of the deployment of 3 foundations systems enabling the digitalization of traceability processes within Danone, x-category and forms part of Danone's future Industry 5.0 initiative. Within Operations, this is principally focused on the development & deployment of a Core Manufacturing Execution System for Danone. As our intern, you will help us on the following:

* Data collection process and design build
*
* Consolidation of various inputs from all factories with the current ways of working on Traceability
* Creation of an approach to digitalize elements that are currently not system managed today.
* Support the development of a design to an efficient digital traceability process using AI, Low code/ No code etc.
* Assist in creating a standard deployment methodology for digital projects
* Report and KPI management:
*
* Identify and list necessary KPIs to be monitored.
* Support the development of measurable Change Management KPI's.
* Communication kit:
*
* Build the necessary materials in a creative manner to communicate about the systems' features and enhancements.
* Support the animation with all factories.
* Continuous Improvement
*
* Contribute and support other project activities within the team

You’re the perfect fit for this role if you are:
* A Masters student in Engineering/ Business related fields from an Engineering School or Business school.
* Have excellent organization and communication skills.
* Synthetic, fact based and driven.
* Autonomous & Results oriented.
* At ease with technical & digital contents, knowledge on IT tools (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft)
* Open, curious, able to work in multi-cultural environment.
* Knowledge of SAP is a big plus.
There are also some compulsory requirements:
* Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
* You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
* Ideally available to start in February/March 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
* You are fluent in English- spoken and written;
* You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays)
