SALES TRAINEE

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Sales Trainee starting July 2026!
As a Sales Trainee, you will be part of our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team, working with international, passionate, and fun colleagues who know how to work hard and play hard. You will be guided by our Sales & Marketing Coordinators, Executives, Manager, and Director of Sales to make the most of this exciting opportunity. The starting date is flexible and can be discussed.

Your responsibilities:
· Support the Sales & Marketing department with a key focus on group sales & planning
· Handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
· Monitor and evaluate local, national, and international market trends and competition to keep Hyatt Place ahead of the curve
· Support with sales and planning during the full sales cycle: market research, prospecting, site inspections, negotiations, preparing proposals and successful planning of groups and events.
· Act as a bridge between clients and operational departments to ensure successful execution of events.
· Support colleagues responsible for other segments in their day-to-day activities

Ihr Profil:

Qualifications
· Enrolled in a relevant HBO/Bachelor program in the Netherlands (e.g. Hotel Management, Facility Management, Tourism & Leisure Management)
· Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands
· Fluent in English (Also being fluent in Dutch is preferred)
· Available for a full-time internship
· Proactive, customer-focused, organized, and a natural planner
· Enthusiastic, caring, and eager to learn
· Energized by working in a dynamic environment and a vibrant hotel
