Position Description:

The Payroll & Compliance Specialist will manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing for all employees while maintaining compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory regulations. This role will handle payroll systems, government reporting, and employee payroll inquiries, while supporting audit and shared-services initiatives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

* 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Philippine payroll processing.
* Experience using payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, or similar local systems.
* Exposure to multi-company or shared-services setup (if applicable).
Technical Knowledge
* Strong understanding of Philippine payroll regulations, including:
o DOLE rules on wages and benefits
o SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions
o Withholding tax and BIR requirements
o 13th-month pay computations
o Overtime, night differential, holiday pay
o Final pay and separation processes
* Experience in end-to-end payroll (timekeeping → processing → reporting).
* Knowledge of payroll-related government online portals (My.SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR eFPS/eBIRForms).
* Understanding of audit requirements and payroll compliance.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

* Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
* High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Good communication skills (for employee queries and coordination with HR/Finance).

* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
