Responsibilities:
1. Assist with process documentation, project management, and program coordination, on matters such as onboarding, employee engagement, employee development etc.
2. Understand the company HR policies, and provide support and answers to employees' queries.
3. Provide data analysis support on people-related matters.
4. Improve employee experience by organizing and promoting culture and wellbeing-related activities.
5. Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate who is currently pursuing a degree in human resources, marketing, and mass communication.
2. Able to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
3. Strong problem-solving capabilities to accomplish duties and tasks assigned.
4. Good written and oral communication skills, systematic thinking, and attention to detail.
