Location: Nysa, PL

As a Program Management Intern, you will support Senior Program Managers in their daily activities and learn about end-to-end project execution. You will assist in implementing program plans, schedules, and reporting processes, and help maintain project documentation. This internship will give you hands-on experience with project coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational systems.

Responsibilities:
* Assist Senior Program Managers with project documentation and reporting.
* Support scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of project progress.
* Help prepare presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders.
* Participate in meetings and take notes to ensure accurate follow-up actions.
* Contribute to maintaining project data in management systems.
* Learn about risk management, cost tracking, and resource planning.

Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field).
* Multilingual: Fluent in English, with additional language skills in Polish, German, Spanish, Italian, or French preferred.
* Interest in project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
* Naturally curious and a proactive problem solver, approaching tasks with a methodical and consistent mindset.
* Well-organized and capable of managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook; quick to learn new software and systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
