This Position reports to:Talent Acquisition Services Team Lead

In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day Talent Acquisition support activities for several assigned countries. You will ensure a high level of customer experience by committing to the complete, accurate, and timely execution of these activities. You will also support globally defined Talent Acquisition standards and ensure that TA processes comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
* Support various stages of the Talent Acquisition process based on demand, including manual profile uploads, interview scheduling, CV longlisting, candidate query management, and other administrative tasks
* Deliver assigned activities in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and guidance from the TA Team Lead
* Work closely with Talent Partners and other Talent Acquisition stakeholders
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in Talent Acquisition systems and databases
* Contribute to a high level of candidate and stakeholder experience through timely and high-quality support

Requirements:
* Ability to communicate fluently in English and Turkish (spoken and written)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
* High attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy
