Your mission will be…

* Analyze R&D product specifications within the Change Management Process (mechanical parts, electrical devices, cable hardness, documentation (drawings, schematic diagrams, etc)) and, together with a multidisciplinary team, defines and coordinates actions to implement those changes in production environment.
* Development of continuous improvement projects, focusing on the development of new solutions to increase efficiency.

We are looking for someone with…

* Professional Higher Technical Program or Degree in , e.g., Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering / equivalent engineering.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement programs (Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S) is appreciated;
* Knowledge of CAD software (preferential)
* Good knowledge of English (mandatory)
* Ability to work in team, proactive and dynamic
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Motivated and autonomous
* Fluent in Portuguese
