Your role

Interested in working in finance, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Personal & Corporate Banking Obtain and Maintain Financing business in Switzerland.

You'll get to

* Develop and advance the target vision for enabling AI to facilitate our mortgage business
* Conceptualize user journeys front-to-back in constant alignment with multiple stakeholder groups
* Bring in creative and pragmatic ideas and concepts for digital transformation and process improvements
* Translate the strategy into actionable concepts, including describing and aligning business requirements
* Contribute to process education and trainings across the bank

Your team

You'll be working in the Obtain and Maintain Financing Stream in Zürich, where you will be focusing on supporting various initiatives that future-proof our mortgage business with the help of AI. We are working towards fulfilling Client Needs and are driving, defining and implementing new products and processes for our clients and client advisors. Our work is coined by cross-collaboration with experts across the bank and also by close proximity to the users through joint design thinking, ideation and user testing.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* preferably has a background in finance, information technology, economics, mathematics, business or management
* has excellent analytical and conceptual skills
* has affinity for technology and digitization, especially AI
* is a team player and values collaboration and joint decision-making
* is an independent thinker and constructively challenging the status quo
* has a high level of energy, initiative, and self-motivation
* is fluent in German and English
