At TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping, innovation is at the heart of our transformation. Our Trading Innovation Lab (TILT) was created to foster new ideas, accelerate digital initiatives, and promote collaboration across our global trading activities.
As part of TILT, you will work in a highly collaborative and international environment, interacting with teams across trading (gas, power, oil) as well as with external partners such as startups, technology providers, and academic institutions. The lab acts as a hub to transform ideas into concrete business opportunities through events, workshops, and innovation projects.
During your internship, you will play a key role in supporting the lab's activities, helping to build and engage the innovation community, and contributing to the development of impactful initiatives.

Activités

1. Innovation Events & Community Engagement
* Support the organization and execution of innovation events (talks, workshops, short courses)
* Help build and maintain communication channels to reach internal audiences
* Assist in planning and managing the Innovation Lab events calendar
* Identify and engage with external speakers and contributors to expand the innovation ecosystem
2. Communication & Content Creation
* Contribute to the development and update of internal web content related to innovation initiatives
* Ensure event information and registrations are up to date
* Collaborate with IT and web teams to improve digital tools and user experience
3. Innovation Lab Operations & Logistics
* Support the day-to-day operations of the Innovation Lab
* Assist in organizing and maintaining lab spaces and equipment
* Ensure smooth execution of workshops, events, and collaborative sessions
4. Collaboration & Innovation Support
* Work closely with internal teams across trading activities
* Contribute to building a strong innovation culture within the organization
* Support ongoing innovation initiatives and community-building efforts

Profil du candidat

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Innovation, Business, Communications, or a related field
* Strong interest in innovation, digital tools, and emerging technologies
* Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a service mindset
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
* Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages such as French are a plus
A tri-partite internship agreement is mandatory
