Intern - Athlete Strategy

Beschreibung:

- Support the team in managing day-to-day relationships with athletes across Track & Field, Triathlon, Trail, and Tennis. - Assist with product shipments to athletes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. - Provide general operational support, including organizing materials, schedules, and reports. - Support the Athlete Compass programme by helping onboard athletes, drive engagement with its tools and resources, and contribute to communication initiatives such as newsletters, updates, and webinars. - Gather and share athlete feedback while helping track development initiatives to continuously improve the Athlete Compass experience. - Support the Athlete Management Backbone in delivering a consistent and scalable athlete experience through accurate data, coordinated workflows, and continuous improvement of tools and processes.
