People Operations Intern

This is a full-time paid summer internship position starting on 20th July and running until the end of September.

Summary
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on People Operations Intern with a passion for delivering superior candidate experience to join Proximus growing organization. People Operations Intern is a great entry-level position for the start of your HR career.
You will be an integral part of Proximus People team and play a large role in the success of our people activities and in building employee relationships. If you thrive in a challenging and exciting environment, this is the place for you.
Responsibilities
*Partnering with HR Business Partner and Payroll Coordinator
*Cooperating with other members of the HR team when needed
*Assisting in overall administration and document preparation (employment contracts, annexes, termination contracts, and other)
*Collecting new hire's documentation
*Assisting with monitoring contract expiration dates
*Communicating with employees and processing their requests
*Learning and using HRIS tools
*Supporting employees' benefits administration
*Assisting in providing administrative support and HR reporting

Essential Requirements
*Relevant University degree (Faculty of Law or Economics) or final year of study, or equivalent
*Strong written and verbal English language required
*Solid understanding of MS Office
*Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
*Exceptional attention to details and well organized
*Team player, strong communication and customer service skills
*Career interest in Human Resources / People Operations preferred
*No previous experience required
