Intern Digital Marketing Functional Consulting & Project Management
As an Intern in the Digital Marketing Solutions team, you will support global digital marketing CRM initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in both project management and functional consulting within a global marketing technology environment.
* Assist the Marketing CRM team in the preparation, execution, testing, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Support the creation of customer segments, reports, dashboards, and campaign performance analyses to enable data-driven decision making.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.
* Support the development, testing and continuous improvement of SAP Marketing Cloud solution, processes, documentation, training materials, and user enablement activities.
* Support the development of training materials, user documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities for global stakeholders.
* Support project management activities by preparing presentations, JIRA tickets, meeting minutes, status reports, project documentation, and workshop materials.
* Assist in tracking project requirements, deliverables, timelines, action items, and vendor follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution.
* Coordinate project meetings, support stakeholder communication, and help maintain transparency across global teams.
* Support proof-of-concept (PoC) activities, testing coordination, bug tracking, and documentation of project outcomes and lessons learned.

Ihr Profil:

Qualifications

* Recently graduated or last-year students of FON, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics or related field
* Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* English (fluent in spoken and written)
* Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
* Good communication skills, ability to think analytically
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and tools.
* You're a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally
As a plus:
* Experience with Marketing CRM tools
* You are familiar with agile frameworks
* You have logical mindset and eager to work with the newest technologies,
