As a Risk & Prevention Intern under Global Consumer Financial Services, you'll be exposed to the regulatory landscape and risk management practices that safeguard customers, employees, and the bank. What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
* Risk Management Exposure: gain insights into the concepts, regulations, and processes that underpin risk management within consumer banking
* Cross-Regional Collaboration: participate in meetings with regional offices to understand cross-regional coordination and communication
* Research & Analysis: support research and analysis activities to inform discussions, reviews, and decision-making
* Project & Task Support: assist in managing tasks and small projects, building organisational and time-management skills
* Stakeholder Engagement: support the team in coordinating with internal stakeholders and following up on action items
Who You Work With
You'll be part of the Risk & Prevention team within Global Consumer Financial Services. The team works closely with business units, operations, compliance, and regional partners to manage various risks and strengthen preventive controls, playing a key role in ensuring resilient and responsible banking operations.
Who You Are
* Interested in understanding and applying risk management concepts in a real-world context
* Curious about regulations, controls, and how risks are managed across different areas
* Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and clear communication skills
* Able to work collaboratively with others and build effective working relationships
* Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
