The Business Change team is part of the COO Office. We are accountable for driving key business change for the Bank's highest priority, strategic initiatives. We are looking for an intern who is eager to acquire experience in change management and business transformation.

Responsibilities

As an intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

* Drive the development of a Target operating model, transformation roadmap, and controlled transition to business-as-usual processes for large-scale initiatives across teams located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and London.
* Assist in creation of governance and management information materials and assets, including data analysis, Powerpoint, and workflows.
* Support leadership communication, presentation, messaging and stakeholder engagement.
* Support governance structures required for effective delivery, escalation, and transparency, including Steering Committees, Working Groups, and User Councils, where applicable.
* Define implementation readiness milestones and handover criteria to ensure a controlled handover of change initiatives to business-as-usual processes.

Qualifications
