Job Description

Get to Know the Role
This traineeship is designed to support the Country Development (CD) team under the Self Serve Business Solution organization. The trainee will gain end-to-end exposure to country engagement, marketing and CRM projects, AI tool research, cross-functional coordination, and performance insights. As well as supporting Singapore Country Development by providing local presence, assisting with key event planning, contributing to marketing content development, and supporting project tracking for regional initiatives.
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
The trainee will be involved in the following areas:
* Provide On-ground Presence in Singapore:
* Act as a local resource to drive progress for Singapore-specific initiatives.
* Enable closer collaboration with stakeholders without incurring travel expenses.
* Support 2026 Kick-Off Planning:
* Assist in the planning and execution of a live event, including a Country Award ceremony.
* Help coordinate logistics and stakeholder engagement to ensure the event's success.
* Assist with Marketing Playbook Content Curation:
* Compile, refine, and organize marketing materials.
* Ensure the Playbook aligns with strategic objectives and is engaging for the target audience.
* Support Project Tracking for Regional Initiatives:
* Monitor progress and timelines for broader regional initiatives.
* Provide updates and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
* Advantage for Mandarin (spoken) to engage with external stakeholders that only able to speak in mandarin would be a plus

What Essential Skills You Will Need
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during the traineeship:
* Learn digital marketing concepts, including B2B strategies, campaign optimization, and advertising ecosystems.
* Develop skills in planning and executing live events, including logistics coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Build proficiency in crafting impactful content, while building a strong understanding of marketing strategies and content development.
* Gain hands-on experience in creating impactful materials and visual reports using Power BI and Excel.
* Develop data analytics skills, including interpreting dashboards, deriving insights, and turning data into actionable recommendations.
* Learn to leverage AI tools and frameworks to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and streamline workflows.
* Enhance communication skills, including public speaking, and manage relationships across diverse teams
