Main Responsibilities
* Assist in data maintenance, entry, and troubleshooting system issues.
* Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding internal systems support (e.g., MyHR, MXP, Time Off).
* Collaborate with local HR teams on data cleaning to improve data integrity and quality across the region.
* Conduct ad-hoc analysis using reports and dashboards on Power BI.
* Support the team with report generation and system-related assistance.
* Participate in strategic projects and initiatives, including market analysis, integration of internal systems and platforms.
* Assist with general HR processes such as onboarding, employee engagement activities, and documentation.
* Support the team in HR and office management tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Basic analytical skills and familiarity with AI tools, Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and data visualization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
* Strong communication skills for day-to-day interaction with executives; good business writing and presentation skills.
* Proactive, self-organized, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
