Within our Workplace AI & Collaboration Services team, we shape the future of digital collaboration by delivering and operating Microsoft 365 services and AI-powered workplace solutions. We are looking for a motivated student who wants to learn, grow, and actively contribute to our daily operations and initiatives.

What to do:
* Support the operation and administration of Microsoft 365 services.
* Assist the team in the rollout, adoption, and support of Workplace AI solutions, including ChatGPT.
* Help users with requests, questions, and service-related topics.
* Support documentation, communication, and knowledge-sharing activities.
* Participate in testing new features and functionalities within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
* Contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities.
* Work closely with colleagues across different countries and departments within Erste Group.
* Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively support the team wherever needed.

You check these boxes:
* Enrolled student with on-going program at university (preferably in IT, Business Informatics, Digital Technologies, or a related field) in Slovakia and having the status of university student in Slovakia.
* Have a strong interest in Microsoft 365, collaboration technologies, AI, and digital workplaces.
* Are curious about new technologies and eager to learn.
* Are proactive, motivated, and able to work independently.
* Enjoy solving problems and supporting others.
* Communicate confidently in English (mandatory).
* Have first experience with Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, Copilot, collaboration platforms, or other enterprise IT solutions (considered a plus).
* Are a team player with a hands-on mentality and a growth mindset.
