Trainee Opportunities

We are currently looking for trainees to join our team in the following fields:
* Finance
* Purchasing
* Logistics
* Quality
* Engineering

What We Offer
* Up to 10 months of real work experience, mentored by Lear professionals.
* Program period: July 2026 - May 2027 (Lear Valls).
* Up to 750 hours of academic training or on-site work.
* Working schedule: 20-35 hours per week.
* Economic grant provided.
* Career opportunity: Possibility to join Lear at the end of the program based on positive evaluations and available positions.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Final-year students in one of the following fields:
* Business Administration & Management
* Economics
* Finance & Accounting
* Double Degree in Business Administration and Finance & Accounting
* Electronics Engineering
* Telecommunications Engineering
* Industrial Engineering
* Computer Science

Requirements
* Fluent English (main working language).
* Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered a plus.
