Job Summary:

Overall Purpose of the Role
Summary of the role - overall role contribution to team, department and organisation
* Assisting executing campaigns for Disney, Marvel, Star Wars and Pixar brands, directly working with Disney Consumer Products (DCP) Retail & Marketing team
* Planning localized marketing activations & communications aligned with the EMEA region priorities, integrated to retail strategy
* Following localization processes of EMEA marketing and retail assets
* Working closely with licensees and retailers, planning and executing retail marketing activations for various accounts
* Planning E-Commerce Activations
* Working closely with advertising, media planning, digital and creative agencies

Retail Management Process Follow-ups:
* Working directly with Retail & Marketing team and agency for producing the artworks for in-store materials for the relevant retail campaign
* Making sure the designs are in-line with Disney guidelines
* Preparing retail activation presentations of relevant retail occasions aligned with franchise marketing planning
* Following up all the accounting processes. Creating and extending new vendors in SAP
* Creating PO's for each transaction under the supervision of Marketing Manager
* Checking and reporting weekly based discounter status report and point out competition positioning

Customer Management:
* Being in contact with the ABM's or junior buyers of the retailers in order to maintain data-visual transfers through-out a retail promotion/activation.
* Being in contact with store managers or visual merchandising managers of the retailers for the visual approval processes

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required

- 3rd or 4th year University students or Master students in Business Administration
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
- Highly organized and good time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Self autonomous, highly organised and strong at planning and multi-tasking
- Able to work full time 3 days a week in school period
