The Digital QA Trainee is supporting the QMS Solution Business Expert, QMS Solution Senior Business Expert, Quality Solutions Senior Business Expert, Quality Solutions Business Expert in the execution of quality related processes in the frame of transformation & digitalization across Sanofi sites and processes. Main responsibilities:

* Support Order Management team in the following tasks:
* Order taking: Creation of customer orders received from different channels
* Order validation and acceptance: Perform necessary checks based on incompleteness, blocks, reason for rejections. update orders in case necessary
* Delivery processing: monitor automatic delivery creation and generating deliveries on time with all necessary information and communicate them with the warehouse to initiate the distribution process

About you

* Invoicing: monitor automatic invoice creation
* Ongoing university studies (active student status)
* Min. 20-25 hours availability/week
* Soft and technical skills
* Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills
* Is self-motivated, well organized, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner
* Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
* Good communication skills

Experience:

* Ongoing university studies (active student status)
* Min. 20-25 hours availability/week

Soft and technical skills:
