The Configuration Management and Data Management (CMDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CMDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices, and our customers.

The Effectors Configuration Management department is looking for an individual to perform the role of Intern Analyst.

This is an onsite role in Tucson, Arizona.

What You Will Do
* Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities.
* Learn about the configuration management pillars of planning, identification, change management, status accounting and verification and audits.
* Participate in multi-discipline team to support engineering execution for the product
* Engage with program engineers, program management, quality, supply chain and operations to aid in program execution

Qualifications You Must Have
* This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor's (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their Sophomore year by the start of summer 2026
* Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Qualifications We Prefer
* General knowledge and understanding of following policies, procedures, and processes with a strong attention to detail
* Experience working and collaborating in a group environment
* Experience with Microsoft Office products (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Analytical approach to solving complex configuration challenges
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various engineering disciplines to ensure data integrity and compliance with configuration management policies

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
