Customer Experience Analyst Intern (Year Round)

In your role, you will:
* Adhere to General Work Requirements
* Analyze and compile data
* Update and maintain databases
* Assist with special projects that focus on delivering results against the business plan
* Assist the Team with business analysis
* Work as part of the Team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes
* Interface with Bombardier personnel to ensure consistent, practical, and effective solutions

How to thrive in this role?

* You are currently working towards a bachelor's or master's degree (focus on Aviation, Business, Management, or Engineering preferred)
* You are available to work between the hours of 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (approximately 20-30 hours/week)
* You have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* You have strong communication and organizational skills
* You must be self-motivated and able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
* You have strong attention to detail
