What You'll Do

* Translate after-sales service needs into technical specs for LLM-powered intent classification and issue detection.
* Use AI coding agents (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, OpenCode, CC) to write, debug, and iterate on code faster.
* Deliver 3 PoCs in 10 weeks: functional, performant, demo-ready (engineering perfection not required).
* Collaborate with senior AI engineers and product managers to refine solutions.

What You Need

* Proficiency in at least one language (Python/Java preferred).
* Strong interest in AI and after-sales service.
* Great logical thinking and problem statement skills.
* Eagerness to learn and apply AI coding agents.
