A Brief Overview

This position will be located at the ASICS America Distribution Center office in Byhalia, MS. Working directly within the Operations Department, the Operations Process Improvement Coordinator Intern will learn the distribution center operations, coordinate process improvements and optimizations, and coordinate the Kaizen 5S Program. This position is required to work on-site all working days during their internship experience.

We are currently seeking interns to assist various departments within ASICS. These are PAID internships, 24 hours per week. The candidate is allowed to work remotely up to one day per week and is expected to be in the office on all other working days.

* Demonstrated experience using Microsoft 365 Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail

* Experience collaborating with others and demonstrating effective interpersonal skills

* Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills

* Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for results

* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and engage in continuous learning

What You'll Need

* Must currently be pursuing undergraduate degree in Business or related field at an accredited institution with a graduation date of December 2026 or later required

SALARY / PAY RANGE: $18.00 per hour
