Overview

As the Merchandising & Category Management Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to how product assortments are built, managed, and optimized across categories. You'll support the Merchandising and Category Management teams in analyzing business performance, managing assortments, and partnering cross-functionally to bring consumer-focused product strategies to life.

What You'll Do

* Support the Merchandising and Category Management teams with day-to-day execution of category strategies and seasonal assortments.
* Assist with analyzing sales, inventory, and product performance.
* Help maintain accurate product, assortment, and category information.
* Partner cross-functionally with Product Line Management, Planning, Marketing, and Sales.
* Learn how product categories are built from line planning through in-season management.

YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE
* Pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
* Comfort with spreadsheets and presentations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
* Recent graduate (2026)
* Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
* Must be open to relocating to the Broomfield, CO area upon graduation for consideration for full-time in office positions

Title: Intern - Merchandising & Category Management

Salary or Pay Range: $24 - $26 per hour

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
