Job Summary:
The Program Intern works closely with the program management teams, helping drive programs from concept to completion while developing practical project management and operational skills.
Job Duties:
* Assists the program management team with the day-to-day coordination, planning, and execution of program activities
* Conducts research, compiles data, and assists in preparing reports and presentations to evaluate program effectiveness
* Maintains organized project documentation, updates databases, and supports scheduling and correspondence
* Participates in team meetings, takes detailed notes, and assists with preparing materials and logistics for internal and external events
* Takes ownership of assigned business-focused projects under the guidance of senior staff, contributing ideas and solutions
* Others duties as required
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
* Currently pursuing, or have recently acquired, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or Communications, required
Experience:
* Leadership experience, preferred
Software:
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferred
* Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, Salesforce, or Google Workspace, preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
