About The Role
This position supports the Portfolio Technology group within the Business Operations Excellence (BOE) organization. The intern will assist with entry - level project coordination and account support activities, helping the team organize work, contribute to client onboarding efforts, and support new and existing client initiatives under the guidance of experienced team members. Within this framework, the intern will gain exposure to portfolio - level technology operations, project support, and client - facing coordination activities.
What You'll Do
* Work with a dedicated mentor/s to obtain hands-on industry experience.
* Assist with basic project coordination tasks such as organizing documentation, tracking action items, and supporting timelines under supervision.
* Provide entry-level account and client support, including helping prepare materials, organizing requests, and supporting onboarding activities for new clients.
* Support the Portfolio Technology team with administrative and organizational tasks related to technology initiatives, client deliverables, and internal processes.
* Contribute to special projects by gathering information, organizing inputs, and assisting with presentations or summaries, as appropriate for an intern role.
* Learn how portfolio-level technology teams partner with operations, account teams, and clients to deliver consistent service and support.
What You'll Need
* Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year college program.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Organizational skills with an inquisitive attitude.
* Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.
* Simple math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

New York Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The minimum salary for the Intern position is $24.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Intern position is $25.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
