This includes orientating to more robust and tangible modelling capabilities, narrative building for KGCs and robust business planning at moments of Growth. All accelerated by faster connection and knowledge share grouped by vertical and led with purpose. The GCGP Intern is responsible for supporting the Industry Growth Director to unlock and drive profitable growth. The primary focus is to support with scaling and organizing growth thought leadership, cases studies and trends, enabling more interdependent ways of working to accelerate effectiveness and efficiency across the GCGP. Responsibilities Helps facilitate collaboration across teams and functions to support knowledge sharing, operational efficiency, and scalable ways of working across the practice-bringing structure, organization, and emerging tools (including AI) to support proactive growth and insight development. 1. Project 1: Content management and knowledge organization support: Organizing, categorizing, labelling, and maintaining files within a central knowledge repository Supporting the migration from Box to SharePoint, including clean-up, archiving, and implementation of a clear and easy-to-use folder structure Redacting or lightly editing content so it can be shared broadly across teams Assisting in maintaining a central knowledge center so key documents, insights, and case studies are easy to find and reuse Support basic AI adoption and documentation efforts across the team: Helping organize and catalogue AI use cases, examples, and best practices Assisting with documentation, summaries, and simple AI-enabled workflows to support team productivity Support active and ongoing research and intelligence development to inform internal knowledge and growth efforts: Trend tracking support for internal newsletters, presentations, and updates on topics such as marketing innovation, AI, commerce, and emerging industry trends Ad hoc desk research to identify relevant articles, reports, and examples in support of internal initiatives and live opportunities assisting with documenting insights, learnings, and examples so they are captured and incorporated into shared knowledge platforms and processes Helping ensure content and intelligence are current, organized, and actionable for stakeholders Provides general support for collaboration across teams as needed, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations and continuous knowledge sharing. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Interest in AI, digital tools, and modern marketing. Comfortable using Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with SharePoint or Box is a plus, but not required. Organized, detail oriented, and willing to learn new tools and processes. Able to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and ask questions when needed. Strong communication skills and a positive, team first attitude. Comfortable handling confidential information responsibly. Curious, proactive, and excited to learn how a large organization works. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
