Job Description

* Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.
* Process invoice for payment on time.
* Maintain monthly billing report for domestics transport and wareshousing
* Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.
* Prepare monthly reports per supervisor's request.
* Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time

Qualifications

* Full-time up to 6 months, be able to provide Letter of Recommendation for University
* Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage
* Mandatory: English, Japanese
* Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills, Good English communication skills
* Proactive, hardworking, and independent
* Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
