HR Intern (Opportunity to become an HR Officer)

Molex Vietnam has been operating its first factory at Thang Long Industrial Park I since 2007. Currently, Molex is investing in a NEW FACTORY located at Thang Long Industrial Park II, Hung Yen province, with a total investment of approximately 145 million USD, covering an area of 100,000 m² and divided into 3 phases. This factory will produce high-tech products, such as high-speed cables, connectors and optical devices.

Job Purpose

Assist the HR team at Molex Hung Yen with recruitment, compliance, and employee services to support plant operations and ensure legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Support direct labor (DL) recruitment activities through sourcing, working with agencies, conducting interview, evaluation, onboarding, and orientation training
* Track daily attendance and prepare reports
* File Management & Timekeeping
* Assist with Social Insurance documentation and healthcare services
* Provide translation and project support
* Ensure compliance with company policies (6S, EHS, RBA, asset protection)

Qualifications

Education: Final-year student (preferred majors: HR, Business, Languages, Education)

Skills:

* Strong communication and planning
* Initiative and creativity
* Proficient in English
* Presentation and public speaking skills
* Ability to multitask under pressure
