Job Description
* Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up on candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain and update the candidate database, including candidate profiles, interview schedules, recruitment status, and interview feedback.
* Execute recruitment activities for both entry-level and experienced hires in compliance with Bosch recruitment standards.
* Screen candidates and conduct first-round HR/English interviews to assess English proficiency, communication skills, qualifications, and career motivation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including hiring managers, headhunting agencies, and HR teams, to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to support both current and future hiring needs.
* Support the planning and execution of recruitment and employer branding events, such as job fairs, Open Days, onboarding programs, Bosch Tours, and campus recruitment activities.
* Prepare and maintain recruitment reports (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) to track hiring progress and recruitment metrics
Ihr Profil:
Qualifications
* 3rd or final-year undergraduate student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Available to work full-time for a 6-month internship (Monday-Friday).
* Able to provide an official university recommendation letter with the university's stamp (mandatory).
* Self-motivated, committed, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with appropriate prioritization.
* Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Previous recruitment experience or knowledge of the IT industry is a plus
