Role Overview
A Buying & Merchandising Intern supports the buying and merchandising team in planning, selecting, and managing product ranges to maximize sales and profitability. This role provides hands-on experience in retail strategy, trend analysis, supplier coordination, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with seasonal trend forecasting within the luxury fashion market
* Support analysis of brand performance and sell-through rates
* Maintain detailed product and supplier records
* Assist with assortment planning to ensure balanced brand representation
* Support pricing analysis aligned with premium positioning
* Prepare reports on key luxury best-sellers and investment pieces
* Assist in coordination with international and local designer partners
* Upload orders into the internal systemWhat we require from you
* Open to current students and alumni of a Fashion School/University who wish to complete an internship/work placement as part of or outside their course curriculum
* Be able to communicate in English
* Being over 18 years old
* Be EU nationalsDuration of Internships: Minimum 2 months

Workplace: KULT OFFICE in Paphos and Warehouse

What we offer
* Students will be assigned a mentor responsible for guiding them and completing any evaluations and reports required by the University

* Three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be provided seven days a week
* Working hours: 5 days per week, maximum of 38 hours per week
