Mi experiencia como becaria en Sercotel ha sido muy positiva. Tuve la oportunidad de aprender los procedimientos de recepción hotelera, mejorar mis competencias en atención al cliente y trabajar en un entorno multicultural. El personal fue profesional y me brindó apoyo, lo que facilitó mucho el proceso de aprendizaje.

No obstante, considero que el programa de prácticas se podría mejorar ofreciendo a los becarios un recorrido por el hotel el primer día, junto con una presentación de los distintos departamentos y compañeros de trabajo. Esto ayudaría a que los practicantes se familiaricen con las instalaciones y se sientan más cómodos con el personal desde el inicio.

En general, las prácticas han sido una experiencia muy valiosa que me ha permitido adquirir conocimientos prácticos y confianza para continuar mi carrera en el sector hotelero.

Las practicas estuvieron orientadas por personal nuevo en el lugar, o sea que hubieron muchas cosas que tuvimos que aprender sin nadie que nos enseñara. Además el lugar tiene algunos mecanismos que son, en este tiempo totalmente obsoletos. En general el ambiente y el personal es muy amable y cordial.

Pros: agradesco la oortunidad

Cons: mejor entrenamiento por personas capacitadas
