Job Description:
WHAT IS A VIE?
It's an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. This is an initiative created, designed, and supported by the French Government primarily to provide professional international work experience for European citizens aged between 18-28 recently graduated from University or Business School.
To apply for this V.I.E assignment you need to fulfil the following criteria:
* International Graduates (European citizens) aged between 18 - 28 years old with an average of 12 months of professional experience
* Higher education level (master's degree)
* Fluent in English
* International profile (work experience or studies abroad)
* Eager to continue your career abroad
This is a V.I.E position based in Stockholm, Sweden and lasts for 12 months with possibility for extension of another 12 months. The position is not open to applicants already based in Stockholm, Sweden. Our Absolut Brand Team is looking for a VIE as Junior Brand Manager Strategy & Planning based in our Stockholm office and starting the 1st of September ideally. The role starts with a contract for 1 year, with an option to extend for a second year pending mutual agreement.
This assignment is a great opportunity to get a solid through-the-line training experience: you will have a wide span between strategy and execution, while switching from strategic thinking to "hands-on" execution on a daily basis.
Main Responsibilities and tasks:
Including but not restricted to:
* Leading the global Integrated Business Planning for Absolut taking place twice a year, coordinating with all functions to share Absolut's brand plan and key initiatives with all its markets
* Supporting on brand strategy workstreams, including brand world development, portfolio architecture and innovation
* Brand equity and commercial deep dives, supporting in the diagnosis of problems to solve and opportunities across markets
* Managing the internal project management system to continuously monitor the status across key projects, as well as organizing internal data sources such as BrandCloud
* Supporting on budget tracking
* Collaborating with our Consumer Insights team on consumer surveys
* Being an internal Brand Ambassador and spreading the brand culture internally

The background we're looking for candidates for this role:
* University Degree, preferably in business/marketing/communication
* 1+ Years of relevant business experience in an international consumer goods organization
* Strong interest in brand strategy, project management and consumer insights
* Fluent in English (verbal and written) and comfortable in international environments
* Experience with Nielsen is a plus
