12-MONTH APPRENTICESHIP - Starting September 2026 - Executive Assistant - Bachelor's Degree (Bac+3)

This apprenticeship is exclusively open to candidates enrolling in a Bachelor's-level programme (Bac+3) starting September 2026. Applications from students at Master's level (Bac+4 or Bac+5) cannot be considered, regardless of the profile.

Your missions :
As a member of the Dermatological Beauty Division, your goals will be concrete and your responsibilities exciting. You will actively contribute to:
* Administrative & Logistical Coordination: planning and organizing brand committees, project meetings and cross-functional events (room bookings, invitations, agendas, video conferences, presentations); distributing meeting minutes and following up on recurring action points with internal teams, management and external partners.
* Operational & Budgetary Support: assisting with brand budget line tracking, entering and monitoring purchase orders, following up with suppliers and tracking invoices; liaising with the Accounting and Purchasing departments to streamline internal processes; updating operational tracking tools (campaign planning, activation dashboards, sell-out tracking, benchmarks).
* Marketing & Events Support: contributing to the organization of brand events (PR evenings, influencer events, national activations); supporting the preparation of presentation materials and document management (archiving, brand drives, internal databases).
